I have been in real estate all my life with a family heavily stooped in residential and commercial real estate. My expertise is finding families and individuals homes that surpass their expectations at below market value.

I was the top producer at my previous brokerage and have recently moved to Coldwell Banker to further my career. I've found much success in a shifting market and have achieved the multi-million dollar producer status.

Some of my real estate experience includes the acquisition and development of a multi-million dollar commercial corner with an anchor tenant, the marketing and selling of a 100 acre future luxury home subdivision, helping investors market, buy, or sale over 40 investment homes, and selling luxury homes with mountain views, lakeside lots, or golf-course privileges.

I belong to and am in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Multiple Listings Service, South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

About My Family Legacy and Why I Created This Web Site
I am a Scottsdale realtor who was born and raised in the Phoenix Valley as a 5th generation resident. My great, great grandfather moved to Arizona almost a century ago. Little by little my family began acquiring land until they owned nearly a thousand acres just 30 miles east of Phoenix. From that spurred a chain of events leading my family into a myriad of real estate associations from owning commercial buildings, offices, and businesses all the way to becoming real estate brokers and agents, loan officers, CPA's, escrow officers and finance brokers. My father was a real estate broker with over 20 years experience. Three of my four siblings have their real estate licenses and the fourth sibling is a top producing loan officer. So you can say that being a realtor is somewhat in my blood. I have found my place in the family by specializing in residential real estate in Scottsdale and in the surrounding areas. I make honesty my priority and I value integrity in business. I make a living as a realtor by finding my clients the best home for the best value. I use the money I earn as a realtor to invest in real property in hopes that I can build a legacy for my future children.

In partnership with a good friend and with advice from many of my family members, I created this web site to showcase the best real estate listings in the Phoenix Valley. I plan on featuring only the best agents that specialize primarily in the city they are featured. The agent will then post the three best deals he finds on the market. In the first 4 weeks I launched this web site nearly 50% of all the best deals I showcased sold. Not bad considering that only 7-9% of homes sale on average each month.
